## Summary

On September 15, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Dominion
Organics (Dominion) (Ferndale, WA) for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). EPA found that DE.com was advertising and distributing the unregistered
pesticides  Benefox,   Lacewing BE,  and  Carburetor  in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A). The
unregistered pesticides were being advertised on Dominions website as products to promote plant
growth and control a variety of pests.
