Boulevard, Portland, Oregon 97222) for violations of FIFRA. Walker Emulsions Inc. failed to file the
Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16)
by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Walker
Emulsions Inc. failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2019 and 2020. The company agreed
to pay a penalty of $500.
