On September 13, 2019, EPA conducted an inspection of the Respondent's facility located at 3 Greentown Road in Buchanan, NY and identified that the Facility was operating and discharging stormwater without coverage under a SPDES permit. On October 9, 2019, EPA issued Respondent an Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order, requiring the Facility to address the identified violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent has agreed to pay a $5,000 penalty and SPDES permit coverage has been obtained.
