This Expedited Settlement Agreement resolves violations of Section 203(a)(3)(A)-(B) of the CAA alleged against Keck's Repair Inc. (Keck's) in Owatonna, Minnesota for tampering with 11 EPA-certified motor vehicles and selling/installing 17 defeat devices for use on those same 11 EPA-certified motor vehicles. Keck's paid a penalty of $28,281 and agreed to cease and refrain from selling/installing defeat devices and tampering with motor vehicles,
