On May 17, 2021, the U.S. magistrate judge entered the Eagle Mine OU1 Remedial Design/Remedial Action consent decree with the court, finalizing an agreement that took years of hard work and collaboration between EPA, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and the potentially responsible party.
