On August 5, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to
Abundant Life Investments, LLC located in Meridian, Idaho, for violations of TSCAs Lead-Based
Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Region 10 alleged
that Life Investments, LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on
a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty
amount of $1,000.
