On September 2, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to
Property Vest LLC located in Kent, Washington, for violations of TSCAs Lead-Based Paint
Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Tacoma, Washington. EPA Region 10
alleged that Property Vest LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation
work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a
penalty amount of $1,000.
