EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Oak Ridge WSC (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Johnson City, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to conduct the required Public Notice, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
