On July 19, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Silvercot Inc. (Respondent) of Silverton, TX, under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that the Respondent failed to meet the requirements of section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136e(c), by not submitting an annual pesticide production report in a timely manner. The Respondent must pay a civil penalty of $500.
