Administrative Order to Respondent to perform the RA described in the ESD issued on January 22, 2021, that explains certain changes to the Record of Decision for Operable Unit 1 (OU1 ROD), Non-FUSRAP Soil and Source Areas, for the Maywood Chemical Company Superfund Site located in Maywood, Lodi and Rochelle Park, Bergen County, New Jersey. The RA includes excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soil and waste materials above the cleanup standards and establishment of ICs, at an estimated value of $6 million.
