On July 28, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Proposed Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Great Southwestern Exploration located in Osage Co., Oklahoma. The proposed AO was issued in response to violations of: 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903, 147.2907, 147.2918, and 147.2928. The AO requires the Respondent to submit required annual operations report for an injection well for the period of July 2019 through June 2020. The Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of receiving the proposed AO.
