Keystone Construction Consultants Inc located in Lakewood, Washington, for violations of TSCAs
Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Tacoma, Washington.
EPA Region 10 alleged Keystone Construction Consultants Inc failed to become RRP firm certified
prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule.
Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $200.
