On August 18, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to
PROBuild Contractors LLC located in Portland, Oregon, for violations of TSCAs Lead-Based Paint
Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Vancouver, Washington. EPA Region 10
alleged that PROBuild Contractors LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing
renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to
pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
