On August 10, 2021, EPA Region 10 settled with Jims Fertilizer. (690 West Main Street, Pomeroy,
Washington 99347) for violations of FIFRA. Jim's Fertilizer failed to file the Pesticide Report for
Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting
deadline three times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Jims Fertilizer failed
to timely submit reports for calendar years 2016, 2017 and 2020. The company agreed to pay a penalty
of $700.
