EPA Region 6 issued an Final Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Grand Resources located in Osage Co., Oklahoma. Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. Sections 147.2903(b), and 147.2912(b) by maintaining the well in a manner that could allow the movement of fluid that contains contaminants into an USDW and by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity. Grand Resources must respond to EPA Region 6 within 120 days after the effective date of a Final Order.
