On 9/9/2021 EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Jones & Buck Development, LLC located in Sedan, Kansas. The AO was issued because the company failed to complete corrective actions and (40 C.F.R.147.2903(b), 147.2905, and 147.2920) maintained injection wells in a manner that could allow fluid movement into a USDW. Performance Jones & Buck Development, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order.
