Respondent distributed (imported) five shipments containing misbranded pesticide devices. The devices failed to list the EPA Est. No. of where it was produced. All shipments arrived at Port of Chicago. Respondent failed to file the NOA prior to the shipment's arrival into the United States for one shipment.
