The July 10, 2018 inspection revealed various violations of RCRA for operating as a TSDF without a RCRA permit or interim status for failing to comply with Subpart J (cracks and gaps in secondary containment, failures to inspect tanks); Subpart BB (failure to mark equipment and keep records); and Subpart CC (failure to have a fixed roof on HW tanks).
