Administrative Order for National drinking water violations including: failure to monitor for total trihalomethanes and haloacetic acids; failure to monitor for some synthetic organic contaminants; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to complete all corrective actions of significant deficiencies; failure to notify the public; and failure to report violations to the EPA.
