EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Maple WSC (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Morton, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the AO, to conduct routine coliform monitoring and perform the required public notice.
