EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Cottonwood Creek Mobile Home Park (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Glenn Heights, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to submit a copy of the required site sampling plan to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and EPA, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
