The main root cause of these violations are the incorrect calculations and formulas established in the permit. Final report and explanations will be share with TCEQ and EPA. Facility was not in violation. Currently, the facility is working TCEQ to modify the permit. TCEQ is informed of this situation and we are planning to have a meeting with TCEQ and the facility as part of the transferring files process for this facility case. Violations of BOD5 will still show until the calculations and formulas are update.
