Holly Grove Waterworks Public Water System failed to provide the Consumer Confidence Report to its customers for the calendar year 2019 and failed to provide Public Notice for the following: 1) failure to submit monthly bacteriological monitoring reports during the months of May-June and August-October 2019 and September 2020; 2) failure to submit valid bacteriological samples for the month of June 2019; and 3) failure to conduct a Level 1 Assessment after a positive total coliform sample in the month of December 2020.
