On February 5, 2021, Respondent voluntarily informed EPA that it used existing stock of the product containing Chemical A on seven (7) days in 2021. Respondent's use of existing stock of the product containing Chemical A during the disclosed time
period, constitutes a violation of TSCA section 15(2), 15 U.S.C. ? 2614(2)).
