FIFRA 12(a)(1)(F) To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device is not labelled in accordance with FIFRA Section 2(q)(1). Specifically, devices must be produced in an EPA Registered Establishment and the EPA Establishment number for where production last occurred must appear on the product label. The product label or labeling for Model Number FPF30UH does not appear to have the EPA Establishment Number of the EPAregistered establishment where it was last produced. Additionally, the product labels for Model Number FPK50UW appears to include claims that are false or misleading in relation to the efficacy of the product.
