08/18/2021-- CONSENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL ORDER ISSUED. Respondent consents to the payment of a civil penalty, which is calculated in accordance with the Act, in the amount of $2,685, which is to be paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date of this CAFO.
ALLEGED VIOLATIONS
Respondent violated the reporting requirements of Section 313 of EPCRA by failing to submit the required Form R for lead for calendar year 2018 by July 1, 2019 and is therefore subject to the assessment of penalties under Section 325 of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. ? 11045.
