Meridian, Idaho.
On November 4, 2021, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the
Clean
Water Act by Toll Brothers, Inc. for The Oaks North site in Meridian, Idaho for violations of the 2017
General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with Construction Activities Permit. (Permit)
relating to the Site's Stormwater Pollution Preventation Plan (SWPPP). Corrections will accountnfor an
emvironmental benefit of 20,707 pounds of sediement reduced. The Respondent has agreed to pay a
penalty of $7,860 and has
returned to compliance.
