On October 5, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to DK & K Energy, LLC located in Beggs, Oklahoma. Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. Section 147.2922(b) by failing to submit three annual operation reports for an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma21. DK & K Energy, LLC must submit the three annual operation reports to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order.
