EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the SDWA to Ward II Water District located Denham Springs, LA. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of: failure to submit an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) certification, pursuant to Section 1433(b) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. ?300i-2. The Administrative Order requires Ward II Water District to submit a its certification for the completion of its ERP on or before November 30, 2021. Ward II Water District must respond with confirmation of its certification to EPA Region 6 by November 30, 2021.
