EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to SDWA to Enid located in Enid, OK. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of: failure to submit certification of completion of a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA), pursuant to section 1433(a)(3)(A) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. �300i-2. The Administrative Order requires Enid to submit certification of its RRA by October 9, 2021. Enid must respond to EPA Region 6 with confirmation of its certification by October 9, 2021.
