On September 1, 2021, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to
Hildebrand Construction Inc located in East Wenatchee, Washington, for violations of TSCAs Lead-
Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Wenatchee, Washington. EPA
Region 10 alleged Hildebrand Construction Inc failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing
renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to
pay a penalty amount of $200.
