The IRL sought to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA verified late reporting violations. The facility has come into compliance, has created a standard operating procedure to prevent recurrence of similar violations, and has agreed to settle the matter for a penalty of $48,100.
