Data mining of several EPA databases revealed that Beaumont Gas had failed to timely report TRI reporting forms for the 2018 calendar year on or before July 1, 2019. Form were filed in August of 2020, more than a year late in reporting. Facility was contacted with a NOPVOC letter and proposed settlement. Facility accepted the proposed settlement of $90,000.00 and a CAFO was executed on September 8, 2021.
