EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on April 29, 2019 through May 2, 2019, to determine Respondents compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. Respondent failed to periodically evaluate the performance of contractors, as required by 40 CFR 68.87(b)(5), and failed to document first-aid, follow safety equipment inspection requirements, and train first responders pursuant to 40 CFR 68.90-68.95.
