ALLEGED VIOLATIONS
Respondent violated the reporting requirements of Section 313 of EPCRA by failing to submit
the required Form R for Xylene, Toluene, Hexane, Ethylbenzene, Cumene, Benzene, 1,2,4-
Trimethylbenzene, and Naphthalene for calendar year 2017 by July 1, 2018 and is therefore
subject to the assessment of penalties under Section 325 of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. ? 11045.
