An offsite record review was initiated on 8/12/2021 regarding compliance of Continental Dairy with respect to EPCRA section 313, aka Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting. Plotting the 5-year history of the site's TRI reporting failed to timely report Ammonia for 2018, Nitric Acid and Nitrate Compounds for 2019, and Nitrate Compounds for 2020, on or before the applicable due dates of July 1, 2019; July 1, 2020; and July 1, 2021.
