On February 18, 2021, EPA issued a NOW to Blue Stone Solutions for the failure to submit a Pesticide Production Report (EPA Form 3540-16) for the 2019 reporting year at Est. No. 88874-OH-1. On March 12, 2021, EPA recovered a hardcopy of the Pesticide Report for calendar year 2019 for EPA Est. No. 88874-OH-1 postmarked February 28, 2020. The report was reviewed and accepted on March 15, 2021. The NOW is withdrawn and does not count as a violation.
