Respondent imported an unregistered pesticide, Saturix 70% isopropyl alcohol, in 32 ounce and 16 ounce bottles in Entry No. DSV-10514195. The products were labeled with surface disinfection claims. They have agreed to pay a penalty of $13,952 and relabel the products to remove the claims and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
