The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency makes the findings of fact set forth in Section IV
below and is issuing this Administrative Order on Consent (?Order on Consent? or ?Order?)
to the Village of Woodville, Ohio (?Respondent?) under the authority of Section 309(a) of
the Clean Water Act (?CWA?), 33 U.S.C. ? 1319(a).
Revised AOC signed 5/30/24, basically this replaced a previous AOC that was finalized on September 24, 2021.
The final compliance date is 12/31/2026; however there is a one year report after this date to confirm compliance.
