The Respondent accumulated inorganic hazardous chromium plating waste on-site in one above ground plastic storage tank greater than 90 days in violation of 40 CFR 262.17(a). EPA held first formal tele-conference with facility and its attorney on March 11, 2020 offering pre-filing settlement of matter. Facility began negotiations with EPA thereafter. Formal complaint letter issued to facility on December 4, 2019. CA/FO signed September 22, 2021.
