Beginning on or around September 7, 2018, the Lima-Huntington pipeline (line 402) failed where the pipeline crosses the St. Mary's River near Decatur, Indiana, causing the release of 195 barrels of Jet Fuel into the St. Mary's River, which constitutes a discharge under the CWA.
