Requesting that DOJ file protective claims for injunctive relief related to the pollution sources at the LBR refinery (Refinery), located at 1 Estate Hope, Christiansted, St. Croix, the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), a claim for civil penalties if appropriate, and a claim for recovery of certain costs that EPA's Superfund program has incurred in response to the release or threat of release of a hazardous substance from the Refinery.
