Respondent violated Kansas Statute Annotated 65-3431, Sections 3002 and 3005 of RCRA, 42 U.S.C 6922 and 6925, and Kansas regulations which incorporate by reference certain the federal regulations for the standards applicable to generators of hazardous waste.
