Data mining EPA databases revealed Petrosmith had failed to timely report 2018 TRI forms for Cr, Mn, and Ni. An enforcement action was then pursued. Facility agreed to penalty, then agreed to the language in the draft CAFO. CAFO was executed and a copy sent to the facility for payment on August 24, 2021.
