Respondent has entered into an administrative order with EPA to perform the remedial design for Operable Unit 3 of the Ringwood Mines/Landfill Superfund Site for an estimated cost of $529,000. EPA will oversee the Respondent's performance of the remedy, and Respondent will pay EPA's future response.
