EPA Region 10 Settles with Challenger Development, Inc. for CWA Violations at their site Aegean
Estates Subdivision No.2 in Meridian, Idaho.
On December 14, 2021, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the
Clean
Water Act by Challenger Development, Inc. for the Aegean Estates Subdivision No.2 site in Meridian,
Idaho for violations of the 2017 General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with
Construction Activities Permit. (Permit) relating to the Site's Stormwater Pollution Preventation Plan
(SWPPP). The Respondent has agreed to
pay a penalty of $3,420 and has returned to compliance.
