On 09/30/2021 Region 5 executed a Complaint against TWDS, Inc. In it Region 5 alleges that TWDS failed to properly follow the requirements of the TSCA including: refusal to allow inspection of records, failed to obtain Firm Certification, failed to obtain written acknowledgement from all residents, failed to ensure that all individuals were certified renovators or trained by certified renovators, and failed to retain records. TWDS, Inc. will pay a fine of $93,935.
