In it Region 5 alleges that Cornell Forge Company failed to meet the guidelines of the EPCRA when it neglected to appropriately report its production of Chromium, Ethylene Glycol, Manganese and Nickel for the fiscal years of 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively. Cornell Forge Company will pay a fine of $167,198.
