Robert Yundt Homes LLC mechanically land cleared and discharged fill material into wetlands
adjacent to Cottonwood Lake without a Clean Water Act section 404 permit from the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers. The unauthorized work was conducted on two sites to develop single-family
homes. Lot 6A was sold to a third party. Lot 24A included construction of a buried septic system
and house foundation. Unauthorized work on both lots impacted wetlands, which provided
important habitat for wildlife. This unauthorized work represented a knowing violation.
