On October 28, 2021, EPA Region 10 settled with Leading Edge Aviation LLC (Clarkston,
Washington) for violations of FIFRA. Respondent violated Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C.
136j(a)(2)(G), which states it is unlawful to use any registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with
its labeling. On at least one occasion the respondent violated Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA by applying
the pesticide product, Bifen 2 AG Gold, in a way that contacted water. The company agreed to pay a
penalty of $4,048.
